QuietProof Hospitality wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built across 12 years of bar mats, distributor invoices, and the slow realization that most operators are working too hard for margins that don't make sense.
My name is Justin Carpena. I've spent over 12 years in the hospitality industry — behind the bar, on the floor, and eventually deep in the operational side of running a venue. I've watched talented operators run exceptional programs and still struggle to make the numbers work. Not because they weren't good at what they did. Because nobody ever showed them where the money was actually going.
The margin problem in bars isn't a mystery. It's a measurement problem. Operators don't have the tools or the time to track what's actually happening at the recipe level. They know their food cost is too high, or their bar program isn't pulling what it should, but they can't see exactly why. That's the gap QPH was built to close.
I started QuietProof Hospitality because I believe the people who dedicate their lives to running great venues deserve better than spreadsheets and gut instinct. They deserve real data, presented in a way that makes sense for the way they actually work — fast, visual, and actionable before the shift starts, not after the month ends.
